Awakened Media provides a portfolio of digital products including Meridian, Storyfix, and other services (the "Products"). By using any of the Products, subscribing to a newsletter, or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The products

The Products are provided as-is, for general informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing in any Product constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You should not act on anything in our Products without seeking independent professional advice.

No guarantees

We may change, pause, modify, restrict access to, or discontinue any Product or feature at any time, for any reason, without notice. We do not guarantee delivery, availability, accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any content or service.

Accounts and access

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or restrict any user, account, or subscriber at our sole discretion, at any time, without reason or prior notice. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials associated with your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Products in any unlawful manner; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Products; (d) scrape, copy, redistribute, or republish content without our prior written permission; (e) use the Products to harass, abuse, or harm others.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, design, code, and materials within the Products are the intellectual property of Awakened Media or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awakened Media and its contributors accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, cost, or expense — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or otherwise — arising from your use of or reliance on the Products. You use the Products entirely at your own risk.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Awakened Media harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of the Products or breach of these terms.

Promotions, referrals, and rewards

From time to time we may run promotions, referral programmes, or rewards. Where we do, the following apply unless we say otherwise:

• Eligibility, thresholds, mechanics, imagery, and rewards may be changed, substituted, suspended, or discontinued at any time, for any reason, without notice, at our sole discretion.
• We determine what constitutes a qualifying action (e.g. a verified referral). Our determination is final.
• Rewards are not sent automatically. We may require you to claim. We are not obliged to fulfil within any particular timeframe.
• We may refuse, delay, or revoke any reward at our sole discretion — including where we suspect fraud, self-referral, duplication, bot activity, paid referrals, or any conduct contrary to the spirit of the programme.
• Physical rewards, where offered, ship to UK addresses only and to active users with an active subscription. Specific items, contents, value, quantity, timing, and method of delivery are at our sole discretion.
• Rewards are personal, non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and may not be resold.
• Any tax liability arising from a reward is your responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of any Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
